Wake at dawn for forest navigation practice. Learn to set fish traps, use a blowgun and spear, and identify edible insects, fruits, and roots used by Indigenous communities. Cook your catch over an open fire for lunch.
Cross a blackwater creek using traditional rope techniques, read the canopy to gauge weather and direction, and complete a guided night navigation exercise using stars and landmark sounds. Debrief around the campfire.
